Voltreva Trading is operated by HCCAPITAL MEDIA LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company (“Company”).
By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

All information, indicators, models, forecasts, dashboards, and tools provided are for educational and informational purposes only.

You acknowledge that signals, indicators, and analytical outputs may contain inaccuracies, delays, errors, or false positives. You assume full responsibility for verifying all information independently before making trading decisions.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HCCAPITAL MEDIA LLC, Voltreva Trading, and its owners, employees, contractors, licensors, and affiliates against all claims arising from use of the Services.
Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions
All materials, including indicators, source code, training content, dashboards, screenshots, marketing materials, and proprietary systems are exclusively owned by HCCAPITAL MEDIA LLC.
You may not:
resell, redistribute, or share access
publish signals publicly
reverse engineer or copy code
share indicators with another TradingView account
sell competing products using our IP
Unauthorized use may result in legal action and immediate termination without refund.
Subscription Billing & Refund Policy (NO REFUNDS)
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
Because access to digital products is granted immediately upon purchase:
All sales are final. No refunds, no prorated credits, and no partial refunds will be provided for any reason.
This applies to:
monthly subscriptions
annual subscriptions
upgrades & downgrades
digital course access
indicator access
dashboard access
Chargebacks will be considered fraud and disputed with evidence, and may result in termination of all access.
You are solely responsible for canceling your subscription through the billing platform (Square, Stripe, or TradingView).
TradingView Access Requirements
Access to indicators requires:
an active TradingView account
correct username submission
acceptance of invite-only scripts
We are not responsible for:
rejected access due to incorrect username
TradingView outages or policy changes
revoked access caused by violation of TradingView’s terms
Access may be revoked if you cancel payment or violate these Terms.
Service Changes & Availability
We may modify, update, restrict, or discontinue any feature, indicator, service, or tool at any time without notice.
No guarantees are made regarding uptime or continued availability.
Third-Party Platforms & Links
Our Services may connect to third-party platforms (e.g., TradingView, payment processors). We do not control or endorse these platforms and are not responsible for their performance or terms.
Age Requirement
You must be 18 years or older to use the Services. By using the platform, you affirm that you meet this requirement.
Governing Law (Florida)
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Binding Arbitration + WAIVER OF CLASS ACTION RIGHTS
Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the State of Florida under AAA rules.
You agree to the following legal waivers:
You waive the right to a jury trial.
You waive the right to participate in class actions, class arbitration, collective actions, and mass litigation.
You must bring claims individually.
Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
Modification of Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding use of the Services and supersede prior agreements.
